New Icons Installed

If you have been at St. Mary Church recently, you probably have noticed six new icons on the right side of the church, added to the previously installed three icons. The icons of St. Vartan Mamigonian, St. Hovsep Hoghotsmetsi Catolicos, St. Shushan. St. Gayane, St. Nersess Shnorhali and St. Grigor Tatevatsi has been donated by Aslanyan and Kapikian families in memory of their loved once.

 

The beautiful icons are not only to decorate our church creating more uplifting environment for worship but most importantly, the saints depicted in the icons are to inspire us to leave by their example and intercede for us to our Heavenly Father.
