Deacon Ministry
The Deacon Ministry was formally established in October 2012, in an effort to connect, guide, and encourage the men of our community to participate in the active life of our church ministry.
Deacons serve the church under the direction of the Priest. Their mission is to support the church and its faithful members through roles and responsibilities as delegated by the Priest. These may include preparation, support, pastoral assistance, grounds-keeping, and participation in liturgy.
Their vocation is to faithfully serve God and His church under the direction of our Priest, and to minister to others as witnesses of the truth and love of Jesus Christ through God's grace and the power of the Holy Spirit.
