Photo Release Form

I give my consent for Shnorhali Armenian School and its staff and volunteers to photograph or video my child and/or me. I understand that the photographs, digital images, or video segments may be used in print or electronic media for the purpose of educational or marketing activities. I give Shnorhali Armenian School permission to publish, exhibit, and distribute these materials. I understand that Shnorhali Armenian School owns the copyright to the multimedia material, in which I, or my child, may appear. Names of students will not be used on the Internet.
